Steadier live sessions and smoother playbook editing

Run team reviews and edit playbooks with a shared experience that stays responsive while collaboration and autosave work in the background.

Live sessions that keep up with the presenter

Team review works best when everyone can stay focused on the same moment. Live sessions now follow quick round changes, timeline scrubbing, drawings and board movements more steadily, even when the presenter is moving fast.

Participants reach the same final view with fewer interruptions, so a review is less likely to pause while someone waits for the shared session to catch up.

  • Smoother following during rapid round changes and timeline scrubbing.
  • Complete drawings and steadier board movements for everyone in the room.
  • More reliable recovery during longer collaborative sessions.

Playbook editing that stays out of the way

Playbooks are now easier to rename and edit across the main Playbooks area and the embedded notes panel in Demo Review.

Typing remains steadier while autosave and live collaboration work in the background, and long notes can be reviewed without moving the surrounding 2D Viewer.

  • Rename a playbook directly beside its title.
  • Keep writing naturally without delayed updates restoring older content.
  • Scroll long notes and tables inside the playbook panel.

A simpler first Discord connection

Active Team members can now connect the first Discord server without waiting for the Team owner. Changing or disconnecting an existing server remains limited to the owner, keeping ownership-sensitive actions protected.

Coming next: TeamSpeak 3 recording

We're preparing dedicated TeamSpeak 3 recording support for teams that use TeamSpeak for voice communication. The planned Windows recorder will pair securely with a PlaybookFlow Team workspace and keep recording status visible while you play.

This is a preview of work in progress. Availability will follow once cross-computer testing is complete and an approved installer is ready.
