Welcome to PlaybookFlow. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PlaybookFlow website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About PlaybookFlow

PlaybookFlow is an online application designed to help users create, manage, and share tactical content related to Counter-Strike 2, including visual tactics boards, private workspaces, and shared tactical materials.

The Service is operated by:

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a team, organization, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Access

Access to the Service may require authentication through a third-party provider, including Steam OpenID.

By signing in through Steam, you authorize us to receive the information necessary to authenticate your account, such as your Steam identifier and associated public profile information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam account and for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Closed Beta Status

PlaybookFlow may be made available as a closed beta or limited-access product.

You acknowledge that:

  • the Service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features;
  • features may change, be removed, or become temporarily unavailable at any time;
  • access may be limited, suspended, or revoked during the beta period.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

5. Description of the Service

Depending on availability and your access level, the Service may allow you to:

  • create and edit tactical boards and tactical content;
  • save tactics in a private workspace;
  • share tactics through read-only links;
  • access selected beta features;
  • join a waitlist or request access to future features.

Additional features, including team workspaces, live collaboration, utility libraries, subscriptions, and other premium functionality, may be introduced later and may be governed by additional terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts, data, or systems;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service beyond its intended use;
  • upload, create, share, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, malicious, or otherwise violates the rights of others;
  • use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code.

7. User Content

You may create, upload, save, and share content through the Service, including tactics, notes, labels, and other materials (“User Content”).

You retain any rights you may have in your User Content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and make available your User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that it does not violate any law, these Terms, or the rights of third parties.

8. Shared Links and Access

The Service may allow you to generate or use shared links for viewing content.

You are responsible for how you distribute shared links. Anyone with access to a shared link may be able to view the associated content, depending on the link settings and feature design.

We are not responsible for unauthorized redistribution of links by users or third parties.

  • force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

  • you violate these Terms;
  • your use creates risk for the Service, other users, or third parties;
  • we are required to do so by law;
  • the beta program or the Service is discontinued.

You may stop using the Service at any time.
