PlaybookFlow Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-05-11
Last updated: 2026-05-11

Welcome to PlaybookFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlaybookFlow website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About PlaybookFlow

PlaybookFlow is an online application designed to help Counter-Strike 2 teams, coaches, IGLs, and players create, manage, review, and collaborate on tactical content, including tactics, boards, playbooks, demo review notes, and shared team workspaces.

The Service is operated by:

SAVDEV Mateusz Sawczuk
Email: contact@playbookflow.com

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you use the Service on behalf of a team, organization, company, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to use the Service and, where applicable, bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Access

Access to the Service may require authentication through a third-party provider, including Steam OpenID.

By signing in through Steam, you authorize us to receive the information necessary to authenticate your account, such as your Steam identifier and associated public profile information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam account and for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Description of the Service

Depending on availability and your access level, the Service may allow you to:

  • create and edit tactical boards and tactical content;
  • save tactics and playbooks in personal or team workspaces;
  • invite team members to shared workspaces;
  • collaborate on tactics, boards, and playbooks;
  • review demos and create linked preparation notes;
  • use shared links and other collaboration features;
  • access paid or premium functionality where available.

Some features may be experimental, incomplete, or released gradually. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features from time to time.

5. Personal and Team Workspaces

PlaybookFlow may provide personal workspaces and team workspaces.

A team workspace is a shared workspace connected to a team. Team workspace access, limits, and premium features may depend on a trial or paid subscription status assigned to that workspace.

Workspace owners are responsible for managing the team workspace, inviting or removing members, and managing billing where billing is available.

6. Teams Trial

PlaybookFlow may offer a no-card trial for team workspaces. The current Teams trial is 14 days unless otherwise stated in the application.

The trial is managed by PlaybookFlow and does not require starting a paid subscription or entering payment details.

When the trial expires and there is no active paid subscription, the team workspace may become read-only or have paid/team features restricted. Existing content is not intended to be deleted merely because a trial expires, but editing, inviting members, uploading demos, live collaboration, or other team features may be limited.

Trial availability, duration, and eligibility may change over time.

7. Paid Teams Subscription

PlaybookFlow Teams is a paid subscription for a team workspace, not for a private personal user account.

An active Teams subscription unlocks paid team functionality for the relevant workspace and its members, subject to these Terms and the current product limits.

The team workspace owner is responsible for starting and managing the subscription unless PlaybookFlow introduces additional billing roles in the future.

The current public Teams subscription price is 5.99 EUR per month, unless a different price, discount, tax amount, or currency conversion is shown during checkout.

Prices, features, and limits may change in the future. If a change materially affects an active subscription, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users where required.

8. Checkout, Billing, Taxes, and Invoices

Payments, checkout, subscription management, payment method handling, invoices, receipts, tax calculation, and related billing services are provided through Polar or another payment provider we may use in the future.

PlaybookFlow does not store full payment card details. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and its payment processing infrastructure.

From the application domain perspective, a subscription is mapped to a PlaybookFlow team workspace. The real-world payer, billing contact, tax details, payment method, invoices, and receipts are handled through the payment provider's checkout and customer portal.

Tax treatment, invoice details, VAT/GST/sales tax, and Merchant of Record responsibilities depend on the payment provider and the checkout flow shown at the time of purchase.

9. Customer Portal and Subscription Management

Where available, the team workspace owner can access a hosted customer portal to manage the subscription.

The customer portal may allow the payer to:

  • view active subscriptions;
  • download invoices and receipts;
  • update payment methods;
  • cancel subscriptions;
  • manage billing details supported by the payment provider.

Customers should use the customer portal or contact support if they need help with billing management.

10. Cancellation and Access After Cancellation

You may cancel an active subscription through the customer portal where available.

Unless otherwise shown in the customer portal or required by applicable law, canceling a subscription usually stops future renewals but keeps paid access active until the end of the current billing period.

After the paid period ends, the team workspace may become read-only or lose paid features unless another valid subscription or entitlement applies.

If a payment fails, the workspace may enter a past-due state. PlaybookFlow may provide a grace period before restricting paid features. During this period, the owner may be asked to update payment details in the customer portal.

11. Refunds

Refund availability may depend on the payment provider, the type of purchase, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request.

Refund requests may be handled through Polar, PlaybookFlow support, or both. A refund of a past order does not necessarily cancel an ongoing subscription. To stop future subscription charges, the subscription should be canceled through the customer portal or support flow.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

12. User Content

You may create, upload, save, and share content through the Service, including tactics, boards, playbooks, notes, labels, demo review materials, and other materials ("User Content").

You retain any rights you may have in your User Content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, transmit, and make available your User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that it does not violate any law, these Terms, or the rights of third parties.

13. Shared Links and Team Access

The Service may allow you to generate or use shared links, invite links, or team access controls.

You are responsible for how you distribute shared links or invites. Anyone with access to a shared link or valid invite may be able to view or join associated content, depending on the link settings and feature design.

We are not responsible for unauthorized redistribution of links by users or third parties.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts, data, workspaces, or systems;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, automate, overload, or otherwise misuse the Service beyond its intended use;
  • upload, create, share, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, malicious, or otherwise violates the rights of others;
  • use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code;
  • bypass subscription limits, access controls, workspace permissions, or billing restrictions.

15. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to:

  • maintenance;
  • upgrades;
  • technical issues;
  • third-party outages;
  • payment provider outages;
  • security events;
  • force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

  • you violate these Terms;
  • your use creates risk for the Service, other users, or third parties;
  • payment or billing issues require restriction of paid features;
  • we are required to do so by law;
  • the Service or a specific feature is discontinued.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Ending use of the Service does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription unless the subscription is canceled through the customer portal or an applicable support process.

17. Intellectual Property

All rights in and to the Service, excluding User Content, are owned by or licensed to us. This includes the software, interface, branding, design, documentation, and other materials made available through the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

18. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the Service will always be available;
  • the Service will be error-free or secure;
  • any tactical content, demo analysis, output, recommendation, or visualized data will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

PlaybookFlow is a preparation and collaboration tool. It does not guarantee match performance or competitive results.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, business opportunity, competitive result, or team performance, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. Complaints and Support

If you wish to submit a complaint, support request, or billing question, contact us at:

contact@playbookflow.com

Please include enough information to identify your account, workspace, subscription, or issue.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time for legal, technical, operational, billing, or product reasons.

If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to inform users, for example through the website, application, or email where appropriate.

The updated Terms become effective on the date stated above.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
